1. The service

Designful sells AI-generated design deliverables: homepage teardowns, logo refreshes, ad creative packs, social launch kits, and hero rewrites. Every feature offers a free preview — real, watermarked output — so you can judge the quality before paying anything. No accounts, no subscriptions, no retainers.

2. What $49 buys

Each feature is a one-time $49 purchase (bundles: any 3 features for $99, the full studio pass for $149 — also one-time). Your purchase unlocks the full deliverable exactly as described on that feature's page — for example, a 10-point annotated teardown PDF, or 5 ad creatives in 2 ratios with 3 headline variants each. If a feature page lists it, it's included; if it doesn't, it isn't. Prices are in USD, charged once via Stripe.

3. AI-generated deliverables: the honest terms

• The work is produced by AI models (language + image) running structured per-feature recipes. No human designer reviews every pixel before delivery — the recipes are the product.
• Review before you publish. AI output can contain errors, awkward phrasing, or imagery that doesn't fit your brand. You're responsible for checking the deliverable before using it publicly.
• No uniqueness guarantee. Generative models can produce similar-looking output for different customers. Your deliverable is yours to use, but we can't promise no one else gets something adjacent.
• Trademarks are on you. We don't run trademark or clearance searches on names, logos, or taglines in the output. If your brand needs clearance, get it before launch.
• Free previews are watermarked and not licensed for commercial use — they're a taste, not the product. The paid deliverable ships clean and full-resolution.

4. Your inputs

By submitting copy, URLs, brand descriptions, or logo descriptions, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and that they're not illegal or infringing. You give us a limited license to process your inputs solely to produce your preview and deliverable — nothing else. (See the Privacy Policy for how inputs are handled and deleted.)

5. Ownership

Paid deliverables: you own the output outright — full commercial rights, forever. Use it in ads, on your site, on packaging, wherever. We won't resell your specific deliverable or use your brand in our marketing without your permission.

6. All sales final

All sales are final. Every feature offers a free preview of real output, so you can judge the quality before paying anything — you pay only if the preview impresses you. If something is wrong with your order, email [email protected] — a human reads it and we'll sort it out.

7. Delivery

Target turnaround is about 15 minutes after payment. If generation runs long or fails, we'll email you status updates at the address from checkout, and you can always reach us at [email protected]. If we can't deliver at all, we will make it right — email us and we'll sort it out.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse the free tier (bots, bulk scraping, or hammering the preview endpoint — rate limits apply).
• Don't try to strip watermarks from previews to dodge paying; that's what the $49 is for.
• Don't submit content you don't have rights to, or use the service for anything illegal.
• Don't resell Designful's previews or deliverables as a competing service.

9. Liability, capped honestly

The service is provided "as is." If something goes wrong on our end, our liability is capped at what you paid us — that's the most a $49 product can fairly promise. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, missed launches). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the version in force when you purchased applies to that purchase. Questions or disputes: [email protected] — a human reads it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
